Who are we?
Formed in 2009 the vision for the company was created out of a desire to simply do things differently. We provide Compliance Consultancy services across the UK including CDM, Principal Designer, Health & Safety, Accessibility and Sustainability, supporting and safeguarding our client’s across a number of sectors, including residential housing developments, railway stations and depots, schools, warehouses, retail developments, and leisure and entertainment such as skate parks, hotels and zoo’s.

What do we need?
With ambitious growth aspirations and a comprehensive road map to a successful future, we are looking for key individuals who can help shape our journey within the CDM & Principal Design Services Team.
We have surpassed our ambitions and targets in 2021 with new projects and clients driving the need for additional resource at a Senior level.
We are looking for a Senior CDM Consultant/Principal Designer. Any Accessibility and Sustainability experience would be desirable but for a willing individual, training will be provided. You will have ideally worked within the construction or rail sectors although this is not essential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver Principal Designer Duties as prescribed by the CDM Regulations 2015
- Advise clients on the CDM compliance and health and safety challenges
- Undertake H&S inspections of construction sites
- Communicate with designers, project managers and clients on the proposed designs and principles of prevention
- Review drawings
- Attend meetings
- Review and propose updates to the current procedures to drive continuous improvement of the department
- Support team members with challenging situations
- Support the development of the department through networking and building new client relationships
- Accessibility appraisals and audits (following training)
