Formal Investments wished to utilise our commercial experience on this ambitious, revolutionary 104 acre park and underground warehouse space. The proposed park would have been one of the largest publicly accessible open spaces created in London since the great Victorian parks.
Initial site survey works started in 2019 and works on the underground warehouse space followed which involved the gravel extraction and construction.
We worked alongside Formal Investments offering advice on early team assembly and site due diligence.
