We’re thrilled to share the news that we have been named as Engineering Design Consultant on Dowhigh’s successful bid for Liverpool City Council’s Highways Improvement Programme contract.
This £35m new data-led major Highways scheme will see safer roads for the local communities in Liverpool, with Dowhigh securing 39 schemes in the North of the city. We are utilising 3D Laser Scanning to prevent the need for large numbers of people to visit site to make scope decisions along with enabling rapid design, without the need for a full traditional topographical survey. In addition, we are providing asset tagging and metadata such as inspection reports and copies of designs to enable more effective asset management in the future and add value to the Client.
The three year contract, is due to commence with an initial 13 locations:
