We’re excited to present Hive-Rocks, an exciting team-building fitness initiative designed to challenge, bring people together, and raise money for our fantastic charity partner, The Hive. This special event was developed by our team as a way to bring together our passion for health and fitness and its impact on mental health, collaboration, and fun!
Hive-Rocks is inspired by popular indoor circuit race events, combining fitness and teamwork. Teams of four will compete in an exciting circuit race featuring eight individual exercises, each separated by a 1K run. The team with the fastest overall time will be crowned the winner.
Our commitment to inclusivity means this event is designed for everyone and is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. It offers participants a mix of healthy competition, teamwork, and fun. At the same time, it gives you the opportunity to raise funds to improve the lives of children and young people in the local community while supporting your social value goals.
