Great Places Housing Group has confirmed that Vextrix has been awarded a place on the ICNW framework for Employers Agent, Cost Consultancy and related services and also Principal Designer and Health & Safety Advisor in the West and East.
The four-year framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England. This will support Great Places’ very ambitious development programme and also those of other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.
With social value at the heart of the new framework, the team at Vextrix are looking forward to creating partnerships to help deliver our social value pledges on every new development.
