The Directors at Vextrix are very focused on people and culture and have a desire for Vextrix to be a fulfilling and high performing environment to work in.
Due to the ongoing growth within the business, we felt it was the right time to seek an insights assessment against the Investors in People Standard.
We are pleased to announce that following on from the assessment, we are now IIP accredited!
The assessor noted:
“Evidence collected during the assessment process demonstrated that the leadership at the company is engaged, open and transparent and respected by all staff members. The senior leadership team are viewed as role models and staff have confidence in their ability to keep growing Vextrix and for it to be successful in the future.”
We know there are always areas we can improve on and we are committed to making these improvements year on year to ensure the team at Vextrix continue to feel empowered to be the best they can be.
