We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience to join our team:

• Assist with the design and development of civil engineering solutions
• Support the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and surveys
• Collect, analyse, and interpret engineering data
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost management activities
• Work with project teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Support the management and coordination of contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Use engineering software and digital tools to support project delivery
• Attend university and complete all apprenticeship coursework and assessments
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above, including Mathematics, English, and Science
• A Levels, BTEC, T Level, or equivalent qualification suitable for entry onto a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship
• Strong interest in civil engineering and infrastructure
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to manage workload between work commitments and academic study.

Desirable

• Knowledge of engineering principles or construction processes.
• Experience using CAD software or engineering-related technology.
