A bit about you
If you’re looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and passionate team, where we deliver high quality design engineering projects; where you are able to learn alongside real hands-on experience then this if for you. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual looking for a degree apprenticeship in the Engineering field, then we would love to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience to join our team:
- Assist with the design and development of civil engineering solutions
- Support the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and surveys
- Collect, analyse, and interpret engineering data
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost management activities
- Work with project teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Support the management and coordination of contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Use engineering software and digital tools to support project delivery
- Attend university and complete all apprenticeship coursework and assessments
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above, including Mathematics, English, and Science
- A Levels, BTEC, T Level, or equivalent qualification suitable for entry onto a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship
- Strong interest in civil engineering and infrastructure
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Ability to manage workload between work commitments and academic study.
Desirable
- Knowledge of engineering principles or construction processes.
- Experience using CAD software or engineering-related technology.
