Vextrix is thrilled to announce the completion of our rail depot development project at Etches Park! Etches Park is a railway traction and rolling stock maintenance depot operated by East Midlands Railway, located in Derby.
Vextrix was appointed to provide Quantity Surveying, Contract Administrator, and Project Management services on this impressive and complex project of extension and enhancement works for our client, East Midlands Railway (EMR), and has seen the project through from conception to completion. It was a pleasure to have been part of the team delivering the scheme alongside EMR.

"Through collaboration with both the contractor and the EMR delivery team, including the operations team, we had a great team of people representing all the different functions at the depot, with a great can-do attitude. We’ve had a great relationship, and I’m proud we came together as a team to work towards the common objective, which was to make this beautiful facility."
