The client required support from an experienced team and appointed Vextrix to deliver the project, providing the required support and the establishment of a robust and experienced project team. Vextrix integrated into the team with a client centric approach to delivery, providing a seamless project management offering.

Duties included but were not limited to:

• NEC Contract administration
• Stakeholder engagement and interface
• Programme assessment
• Variation assessment
• Cost reporting
• Value engineering
• Valuation assessment and processing
• Risk management and evaluation
• Extension of time assessment

The Project Management team provided an interface with the Principal Contractor and established a baseline scope, programme and cost, ensuring the project could move forward successfully. The team also introduced a centralised file sharing and depository system to ensure document issue and review is managed and monitored correctly.
