As part of the service, Vextrix has also completed checks of the construction phase plan, to ensure the principal contractor is fulfilling their duties under CDM regulation 12 and therefore the client is complying with their duties under CDM regulation 4.
The team have also completed monthly site inspections including a report on compliance for each inspection outlining any areas that required improvements, along with an inspection of the construction phase plan with a report outlining the areas of compliance and any improvements required.
